"So I’ve worked with a handful of reps at the Steven Wang State Farm office in Irvine over many years. Some have been fine, with one individual in particular being honestly quite disappointing and disrespectful. BUT, once I got connected with Jacky Yeh, it's been a complete game changer. He’s the ONLY reason I haven’t moved my personal insurance to my other brokers or to Geico or another big shop. The way he handles things makes an actual difference.
